In the rare event that we are unable to replace or repair a warranted product, or if we cannot correct defective workmanship, Arrow Auto Glass will refund the original purchase price of your warranted product. This guarantee is part of our commitment to uphold the highest standards in our services.
Arrow guarantees that a repaired windshield will not crack further. Should the crack extend, we will credit the cost of the repair towards a replacement. It’s important to note that, occasionally, the repair process might result in a chip or crack becoming larger. Arrow is not liable for such unintentional damage. However, if you are dissatisfied with the repair, we will credit the cost of the repair toward replacement. In instances where the repair was paid for by an insurance company, the credit will be directed to them.
